// Valve description : The valve with inside refractory lining consist of body, bonnet, water cooling jackets, floating gate, counter weight, gearbox, actuator. Specially designed water cooling jackets ensures complete cooling of valve body and gate. Refractory lining is provided to minimize heat loss to cooling water & critical parts exposure to flow of hot gases. Stuffing box ensures leak tightness and maintains the floating gate feature of the valve.
// Operation : By an electric actuator, hydraulic cylinder and manual / electric winch. Emergency manual control will be possible by a hand wheel on the electric actuator, with accumulator bottles on the hydraulic power pack for hydraulic cylinders.
